Blueberry Cake

Easy to make, light, fluffy, flavorful cake. Can use other fruit instead of blueberries. (Pictured here with raspberries.)

Prep time: 20 min 
Bake/Cook Time: 1 hour 
Total time: 1 hour 20 min

 Preheat to: 350 F 

Ingredients:

Amount Ingredient
4 eggs
2 cups sugar (white or brown. I usually use white)
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond flavor
1 cup oil
10 tbsp water or orange juice
3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries or apples or whatever (frozen or non)

Instructions:

  • Mix all incredients except for the fruit with an electric mixer (or with electric hand mixer)
  • Add the fruit
  • Bake in a greased bundt pan 50-60 minutes (or more). Text by pressing on top and seeing if it springs back.

Serving instructions and additional notes:

Delicious cake, easy to make. I usually need to bake it for longer than what it says here.
