(the Shabbat which immediately precedes Tisha B’Av.)

Followed by a special Lunch & Learn with Rabbi Hillel.

Please remain for:

• Mincha: 1:30 pm

(Bring Shabbat-compliant board games if desired)

Saturday evening, during the twilight hour of the end of Shabbat, the restrictions of Tisha B’Av begin while Shabbat laws are still in force.

• Begin fasting at 8:00 pm
• Shabbat ends at 8:52 pm

Tisha B’Av Night

• Ma’ariv and Eicha: 9:10 pm

(Remember non-leather shoes.)

Tisha B’Av Daytime Schedule

Sunday, Aug 3

• Shacharit: 9:00 am (no Talit or Tefilin)
• Mincha: 1:30 pm (with Talit and Tefilin)
  (Followed by a film)
