 dicated member of the Monsey Fire Department since joining as a volunteer 
 firefighter in 2016. His commitment to service and leadership led him to s
 erve as the company’s President in 2020 and 2021\, where he played a key
  role in strengthening the department’s operations and community engagem
 ent.\n\nIn January 2025\, Eli was promoted to the rank of Captain\, a posi
 tion in which he currently oversees training and development within the de
 partment. His expertise and passion for firefighter education also earned 
 him a role as a state-level instructor for New York State in 2024\, where 
 he contributes to the advancement of fire service professionals across the
  region.\n\nWith years of experience in emergency response\, leadership\, 
 and firefighter training\, Eli continues to be a driving force in preparin
 g first responders for the challenges of the field.\n\nEli lives in Rockla
 nd County\, NY\, with his wife and two children.
